1. Operator and scope of the service
Visiblo is a digital AI visibility service operated by GEO Checker. In these Terms, “Visiblo”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Visiblo service operated by GEO Checker.
Visiblo provides tools that review how accessible, readable and structured websites are for AI search systems, crawlers and technical SEO workflows.
Paid features may include workspace credits, additional reports, prompt tracking or AI visibility improvement requests related to crawler access, llms.txt, schema, sitemap, entity clarity and machine-readable SEO signals.
2. No result guarantee
Visiblo reports and improvement workflows focus on technical, content and discovery signals. Visibility, rankings, citations, traffic, conversions or AI mentions from third-party platforms are not guaranteed.
Search engines, AI platforms and answer engines use their own systems and may change how they crawl, retrieve, rank or cite content at any time.
3. Paid service and plan process
- AI visibility improvement requests and prompt tracking are managed through credits in the Visiblo workspace.
- After a plan purchase, related credits are assigned to the user account when payment is confirmed.
- If a payment provider is unavailable, pending or under review, the order may remain pending until confirmation.
- Improvement requests are created and tracked inside the workspace.
4. Payments and Paddle
Payments may be processed by Paddle or another supported payment provider. Where Paddle processes a payment, Paddle may act as the merchant of record and may manage payment confirmation, tax handling, receipts and refund processing according to Paddle’s applicable processes.
5. User responsibility
Users are responsible for submitting accurate websites, account details, payment references and request information.
Incorrect external payment transfers, third-party wallet errors, wrong URLs, missing access, incomplete request details or unauthorized submissions remain the user’s responsibility.
6. Refund requests
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Submitting a refund request within this period does not guarantee approval.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Paddle and/or Visiblo, taking into account the nature of the digital service, whether the service has been used or consumed, the reason for the request and applicable law.

7. Abuse
You may not use Visiblo for spam, attacks, scraping abuse, unauthorized collection, illegal activity or excessive automated requests that disrupt the service.
8. Limitation of liability
Visiblo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to report inaccuracies, third-party platform changes, search engine behavior, AI platform behavior, payment provider delays, user-submitted errors or service interruptions.
