1. Information we process
When you run a free audit, the submitted URL is used to inspect publicly available page signals and generate a report.
For paid workspace or service workflows, Visiblo may process submitted websites, account email, request details, payment references, timestamps, browser information and security-related technical metadata.
2. Where information is stored
Service request information should not be stored directly in the public web directory. It should be kept in server-side storage and accessed only by the application or admin workflow.
3. Purpose of processing
- To receive and manage service requests.
- To process plan, payment or request status where applicable.
- To manage AI visibility improvement work, reporting and support.
- To let users check request status with the required identifiers.
- To protect the service, prevent abuse and keep operational records accurate.
4. Payment information
Visiblo does not need to store card details on public pages. Payment providers may process payment information according to their own terms.
5. Cookies and third-party services
The site may use technical logs and essential cookies for operation, security and performance. Analytics or payment integrations should be documented here when enabled.
6. Information sharing
Visiblo does not sell personal information. Limited sharing may occur only for legal, security, payment, infrastructure or support requirements.
7. Retention
Records may be kept for a reasonable period for delivery, support, compliance, abuse prevention and dispute handling, then removed when no longer required.
